Guideline document and FAQ on transfer process complete. Continuing conversation with IPP Office to provide additional guidance. Need to work to understand and change the process, lower the barriers for certain types of software (if possible).
Consider selecting some proof-of-concepts in the NTR process (e.g., ISFS). Consider meeting with Chris Lynnes, who is having trouble getting software through the process, to discuss possible barriers, causes for delays, etc. and use this to help in discussions with the IPP Office.
