* Develop use cases for developer/submitter and reuser -- Jan/Feb, in progress
* Analyze RRLs for possible break points -- in progress
* Use RRLs to assess real software (try them out) -- Feb/Mar
* Use feedback from above to revise RRLs -- Mar/Apr
* Plan for face-to-face meeting ~April 2009 to finalize levels -- Apr/May
Original plan to complete around spring has slipped significantly due to addition of break point analysis and need for increased input from support team and WG on this topic.
