Consider selecting some proof-of-concepts in the NTR process (e.g., ISFS). Consider meeting with Chris Lynnes, who is having trouble getting software through the process, to discuss possible barriers, causes for delays, etc. and use this to help in discussions with the IPP Office.

Not Started(1) High
Examples include images or parts of images used in artists' renditions as well as functional imagery such as buttons for web sites.
May need to verify if this is reuse (integration into another context) and scope the activity if it is -- what media can be reused and how, what our work product for this activity will be (guidelines for media reuse?).
Made high priority in consideration of discussion about this on April monthly telecon.

* Use feedback from above to revise RRLs -- Mar/Apr
* Plan for face-to-face meeting ~April 2009 to finalize levels -- Apr/May
